The Catholic Church is the only church that can trace its roots back to the apostles. There is no other church that can make the same claim. There have been many Protestant theologians and Pastors that left their faith for the Catholic Church after researching the writings of the early church fathers. The early writings "scream" Catholic. Topics such as baptism, confession, the Mass, Purgatory, Mary, abortion, etc.; they are all found in the early Christian writing. The Bible, the tool given to non-Catholics by the Catholic Faith, has now been made a weapon against the true church as prophesied in the Bible (1 Tim 4:1; Gal 1:9).
If you are unsure about the Catholic faith or have heard negative opinions but would like to know the truth, you must be honest with yourself and examine both sides of an issue without prejudice and with an open heart; this is the only way to finding the truth.
